Hello fellow Achievers!

As a female exec, I’ve often gotten sucked into my career, letting hard work and being ‘always on’ come before my own wellbeing and personal priorities…allowing the work, the next project, and others’ needs to drive my day. Striving for balance, I eventually learned I had to bring the same intensity to rebuilding my personal wellness as I did my career. Now, it’s my passion to share this knowledge and support others to create their best life!

3 Month Personal Discovery

6 50-minute coaching sessions over 3 months.

Explore your current mindset and wellbeing at work and beyond. Uncover techniques tailored to you, to (re)define your goals and to bring more focus, ease and energy to your day. Sessions will be a mix of discussion and short practices, with take home practices and challenges in between.

4 Month Shift into Your Power

12 50-minute coaching sessions over 4 months.

In addition to Personal Discovery, commit to creating new Wellness habits and a personal action plan. Identify and release blocks holding you back from achieving your goals. Take on a 40-day (or more) challenge to shift into action. Sessions will be a mix of discussion and longer practices, with take home practices and challenges in between.
